Day one on the worksites for our thirteen squads, as they departed at the crack of dawn to their sites. We started off the morning with prayer and lots of cheering before sending them on their way.
This week we have eleven squads working on the Buckhorn Children and Family Services cabins. The other two squads are getting to have lots of fun playing games, making crafts, and doing Bible studies with the youth that live in these cabins.
Later, some of our friends from the Buckhorn and Dessie Scott campuses were able to join us for worship. During this time Mr. Brown challenged us to see the world as Jesus sees it, and to never give up on Him because He will never give up on us.
We are so thankful to have had such an amazing start to the week!
