Happy Tuesday!

We’ve had another great day in Juana Diaz. Despite the heat, our squads are making great progress on their worksites. One squad may even finish tomorrow and head to a new house.

Jared has challenged each of us at this project to share the Gospel at least two times. As we continue our work, we are seeking opportunities to share with locals and love people better. Please pray for us as we seek to be bold this week.

Tonight was Puerto Rican night! Each Mission Serve project in Juana Diaz celebrates one Puerto Rican night where the local church cooks us an authentic Puerto Rican dinner and leads worship in both Spanish and English. It is always such an awesome night of fellowship and worship. Jared, our speaker, talked tonight about God’s intention in creating us. We are created by God, for God.

Check us out on FacebookInstagram, and Twitter to see the pictures from this week, as well as pictures from the other projects this summer! You can send words of encouragement to the participants this week by sending them Servemail.  You can also add us on Snapchat.

Your Summer Staffers,
Hannah and Claire
