Happy Thursday everybody!
It’s been a great day here in Savannah,GA!
As our week comes to a close, our squads are finishing up their worksites and have done an amazing job! Our eight construction squads have completed several roofs and painting jobs this week. The two other squads have been organizing a Vacation Bible School this week at a local church here in Savannah.
Tonight we had our Concert of Prayer, where we had the opportunity to worship in a different setting than most nights. During this service, our speaker Jon Tillman challenged us to stand up and pray to God thanking Him for what He has done. We also took part in communion this evening. At the end of the service, our participants nailed their names to crosses in commitment to following Jesus.
We can’t believe there is only one more day on the worksites, and our week will soon be over.
