Happy Monday!
What a great first day on the worksites! All 127 of our participants were given a big send off as they left for their first day on the job. The squads were able to accomplish a lot of work because of the beautiful day here in West Frankfort.
Tonight at worship, our speaker, Jared shared with us how Jesus treated other people. Matthew 9 tells us that Jesus treated others with compassion. As followers of Christ, we need to show compassion and take action when ministering to others.
Please be in prayer for out participants and leaders tomorrow as they work on their homes and ministry sites again. Pray for the homeowners and all of the lives touched by the participants in West Frankfort.
