Happy Friday!

What an incredible week in Cherokee, North Carolina! We finished all of our 22 projects today, and some squads even had time to enjoy the river and tubing in the afternoon. We are so thankful for a safe and impactful week here.

Tonight, we celebrated the end of the week in the outdoor rotunda of Cherokee Middle School. We were overjoyed when the Vice Chief of the Cherokee Nation visited our celebration to thank us for the work we’ve done this week. He was so kind and encouraging to all of our participants. We are very thankful for the relationship we continue to build with this incredible community.

Jeremy and Justin closed the week with a very powerful worship service. Jeremy challenged us to be serious about what we have learned this week. He challenged us to follow Jesus’s call to make disciples and share God’s love in our home communities.

Please pray for safe travels as our groups head home bright and early tomorrow. Thanks for keeping up with us this week! Stay tuned for pictures and video on Facebook!

Don’t forget to follow us on FacebookInstagram, and Twitter to see more pictures and updates about our projects!

In Christ,
