Happy Sunday!
Today started out the first full day of the project! Our squads got to worship at a variety of local churches and enjoyed great community with their squads visiting the homes they will be working on this week. All of our participants came back excited and anxious to begin working on their homes tomorrow!
This evening worship time focused on John 14:6 with Jesus answering, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” The students were reminded that Christianity is the only religion that is not about your performance, but rather about what Jesus already did for us. Michael encouraged us to turn to Jesus because he is the only way.
We are excited to see how God works through the Mission Serve participants this week in the Fuquay community.
