Heyo! It’s a fine and mighty Tuesday in Huntsville!

We are all smiles today in Huntsville! With participants full of energy, you can feel the excitement of this week in the air.

Today, our participants went off on their second day of work with beautiful weather! Many squads got close to finishing today and hopefully tomorrow, multiple squads will finish their worksites! Whoop whoop! We are so blessed to have this group of servant hearted participants who are willing to obey God’s will for their lives.

Tonight’s worship was a little different than usual. Our service tonight was the concert of prayer and included the offering. This worship is self-lead and focuses on direct contact with our Lord through prayer. The participant can choose to worship our God in any way he or she chooses. This is often one of the student’s favorite nights of worship and an event that is looked forward to. The participants experienced the Holy Spirit as we worshiped Him.

While we were worshiping in His glory, we asked the participants bring up the offering. This offering will go to all hurricane relief including Hurricane Harvey relief in Houston, TX, Hurricane Matthew in Fairbluff, NC, and Hurricane Irma in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico.

We ask that you continue to pray over our project and for the safety of everyone involved. Of course, ServeMail is a wonderful resource to spread your love for any and all people attending this week’s project.

Lots of Love from,
Lauren and Sam
