Happy Sunday!
God is already moving so powerfully here in Juana Diaz. This morning, we all visited Iglesia Bautista El Mesias, the home church of Construction Coordinator Victor Morales. Victor is the head pastor at the church. We enjoyed an incredibly powerful worship service that was translated for us throughout the service. It is truly incredible to worship in two languages one incredible God.
Victor’s church also provided lunch for our entire group of 75 people. We have felt such a warm welcome from Victor, his family, his church, and this city. God is so clearly moving here.
Tonight, we worshipped again under the leadership of Chris and the Northport Praise Team. Chris challenged us to be ready to share the Gospel this week. We are so excited to share with the people of Juana Diaz starting tomorrow.
Tomorrow morning, our five squads will go out to begin construction on the five homes we will build and repair this week. Please pray for our participants for energy to get work done and boldness in sharing the Gospel in this city. Please pray that God will allow us to break through language barriers for His purpose. We are so excited!
