Happy Monday!

God is truly moving in this city. We had a very successful first day on the worksites. Bravo squad’s homeowner, a 76 year old woman named Carmen, accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior this morning. The squad, with the help of a local translator working on the squad, was able to talk and pray with her through the whole process.

As the construction continues, our squads are tirelessly sharing the Gospel with everyone they come in contact with. Please pray for boldness in our students and adults to help bring more to Jesus each day this week.

Tonight we worshipped again under the leadership of Northport Praise Team. Chris talked us through the essentials of being rooted in our faith, but also being reaching. He challenged all with short roots to dig deeper into a relationship with God. At the end of the service, one student stood to boldly proclaim that he accepted Jesus for the first time tonight.

The Holy Spirit is so powerful here, and we are only just starting the week. Thank you for your prayers. We will check back in soon!
