Happy Sunday!
What a great day we had today! The participants started the day by meeting their squads. They are all excited to get to work tomorrow! After meeting their squads they went to church at Bull Street Baptist Church and Ardsley Park Baptist Church. We were so blessed by the welcoming atmosphere and hospitality of both of the churches.
After church we enjoyed a yummy lunch before the squads visited the homes they will be working on and as well as met the homeowners. After the squads came back they trained for their squad positions and geared up for worship. We had a great night of praising our Lord and listening to the message. Tonight, the message focused on the importance of being prepared to defend our faith.
We are excited and ready to head to the worksites tomorrow morning.
