Greetings from Savannah!
What a great day we had! The squads worked diligently today. They came back with a great attitude ready for a time of fellowship and worship. Worship tonight was powerful. After hearing our speaker, Thurman, speak about how we need to continue our passion for spreading the gospel and doing the Lord’s work once we get back home, the youth groups spent a lot of time reflecting on on the message.
We also collected offering and held an auction for Mission Serve’s flood relief efforts in Columbia, South Carolina. We raised over $1,200! What a blessing it was to see so many teens going forward to give to those less fortunate.
The squads are ready to work a half day tomorrow and enjoy the night off!
